This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Bundle Services Pty Ltd (ABN 41 689 011 087) ("Keel", "Keel Money", "we", "our", "us") and you ("User", "you", "your").
By creating a Keel Money account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, together with our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published by Keel Money.
1. Scope of Services
- 1.1 Keel Money provides a bill management and payment service that collects contributions from you and applies them towards your nominated bills.
- 1.2 Keel Money may provide related services including estimated billing, referral programs, and promotional offers.
- 1.3 Keel Money is not a bank, credit provider, or financial adviser and does not provide financial advice.
2. User Obligations
By entering into this Agreement, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information, including identity, bank account, and biller details;
- Ensure sufficient funds are available for scheduled contributions and payments;
- Confirm or update any estimated bills prior to the due date;
- Use Keel Money only for lawful personal purposes;
- Comply with this Agreement, the Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws.
3. Fees and Charges
- 3.1 You agree to pay the service fees set out in our Terms & Conditions.
- 3.2 Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Reliance on Information Provided
- 4.1 You acknowledge that Keel Money relies on the information you provide.
- 4.2 Keel Money is not responsible for errors, delays, or failed payments caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by you.
5. Liability
- 5.1 Keel Money's liability is limited in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
- 5.2 You remain responsible for all bills, charges, and obligations owed to third-party billers, regardless of whether Keel Money processes payment successfully.
6. Term and Termination
- 6.1 This Agreement begins when you create an account and continues until terminated by either party.
- 6.2 You may close your account at any time by notifying us, subject to settlement of any outstanding bills, contributions, or fees.
- 6.3 Keel Money may suspend or terminate this Agreement in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
