1. Referral Program Overview
Keel's Referral Program allows existing users to earn credits by referring new users to our service. Both the referrer and the referred user may receive credits when specific conditions are met.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the referral program:
- You must be an active Keel subscriber in good standing
- Your account must not have any outstanding payment issues
- You must comply with all Keel terms and conditions
- Referred users must be new to Keel (no prior accounts)
3. How It Works
Share your unique referral link with friends and family. When a new user signs up using your link and subscribes to a paid plan for at least 30 days, both you and the new user will receive referral credits as specified in the program details.
4. Credit Values and Limitations
Referral credit amounts and limits:
- Credit values may vary by promotion and subscription tier
- Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
- Credits expire 12 months after issuance if unused
- Maximum referral credits per account may apply
- Credits are applied to future subscription payments
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Creating fake accounts to generate referral credits
- Using automated systems or bots to generate referrals
- Spamming or unsolicited referral link distribution
- Misrepresenting Keel's services to potential referrals
- Self-referring or referring members of your household
6. Credit Forfeiture
Keel reserves the right to revoke credits and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the referral program. Revoked credits cannot be reinstated.
7. Program Changes and Termination
Keel may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with or without notice. Existing credits will be honored according to their terms, but new referrals may not earn credits after program termination.
8. Tax Implications
Referral credits may be considered taxable income in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on referral credits received.
