Promotion Period: Opens 12:00 AM AEST on 2 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 4 October 2026 ("Promotion Period").
1. Eligibility
1.1 Entry is open only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria ("Eligible Entrants"):
- Must be an Australian resident aged 18 years or older at the date of entry.
- Must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of Keel or any of its technical infrastructure partners (including Monoova, FrankieOne, or NYU Soft).
- Must possess a genuine, unique, operational email address and an active Australian mobile phone number.
- Must not use disposable email domains, script automated bots, or temporary account generators.
2. How to Enter
2.1 The promotion is hosted and managed using the Viral Loops marketing platform.
2.2 To participate, an Eligible Entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:
- Initial Entry: Visit keelmoney.com.au/waitlist, input their first name, last name, a valid Australian Mobile Number and a valid email address to join the Keel waitlist. Upon completing verification of the email link, the entrant will receive exactly one (1) entry into the Draw Pool.
- Referral Entries: Upon joining the waitlist, the entrant will be issued a unique Viral Loops referral tracking URL. For every unique, verified Australian resident who signs up to the waitlist using that specific tracking link, the referring entrant will receive one (1) additional entry into the Draw Pool.
- Social Share Entries: Entrants may earn one (1) additional entry per unique platform action by utilizing the native Viral Loops sharing buttons for SMS, Meta (Facebook), Reddit, or TikTok, provided the post remains public and verifiable throughout the Promotion Period.
3. The Prize and the "Year Free" Definition
3.1 Quantity: There will be exactly 3 winners selected randomly from the total pool of valid entries at the close of the Promotion Period.
3.2 Prize Delineation: The Prize is defined as a "12-Month Waiver of Keel Transactional Service Fees." The fee waiver applies strictly to standard user account transactional processing fees structured within the app ($0.50 for bills < $50, $1.00 for bills $50–$249.99, and $2.00 for bills $250+).
3.3 Financial Cap & Term Bounds
- (a) The Cap Rule: In alignment with Keel's internal risk and financial controls, the maximum fee waiver value per winner is strictly bounded by Keel's internal monthly transaction fee cap of $10.99 AUD (incl. GST) per month.
- (b) Temporal Duration: The waiver is applicable for exactly twelve (12) consecutive calendar months commencing on the date the winner completes product activation, or until the user closes their account, whichever occurs first.
- (c) Maximum Nominal Financial Value: The maximum financial value of each individual prize is legally capped at $131.88 AUD per winner. The total combined nominal prize pool for all 3 winners is capped at $395.64 AUD.
3.4 Regulatory Contingency & Void Protocol
- (a) AFSL Status: Bundle Services Pty Ltd (trading as Keel) is an AFSL applicant for a Non-Cash Payment Facility. App deployment and prize delivery are strictly conditional upon the successful granting and activation of this AFSL.
- (b) Void Clause: If the AFSL application is rejected, withdrawn, or indefinitely delayed by ASIC, or if operations cease due to regulatory constraints, this promotion will be deemed null and void with no obligation to fulfill Prizes, provide cash alternatives, or compensate any entrant.
3.5 Activation Trigger: To claim and activate the prize, winners must download the live Keel app, successfully pass identity verification (KYC/AML) via FrankieOne, and establish their first Smart Contribution PayTo mandate via Monoova within 90 days of notification. Failure to pass KYC forfeits the prize.
4. Draws, Winner Notification, and Redemption
4.1 The draw will take place at 1:00 PM AEST on 7 October 2026 utilizing a Viral Loops electronic generator.
4.2 The winner(s) will be notified via the registered email address and SMS within two (2) business days of the draw. The winner's name and state of residence will be published on keelmoney.com.au for a minimum of 28 days.
4.3 To claim and activate the prize, the winning entrant must download the live Keel mobile application upon public availability, successfully pass identity verification (KYC/AML) protocols facilitated by our integration partner FrankieOne, and successfully establish their first "Smart Contribution" inbound PayTo mandate via Monoova. If a winner fails KYC verification under our standard compliance policies, they forfeit the prize entirely, and a redraw will occur.
4.4 If a prize remains unclaimed or un-activated after three (3) months from the date of notification, a redraw will take place under identical parameters.
5. Integrity, Anti-Fraud, and Auditing
5.1 Keel reserves the absolute, unilateral right to query, flag, and audit the database for fraudulent referral vectors.
5.2 Disqualification Protocols: Any entrant whose Viral Loops referral network demonstrates automated script behavior, multiple sign-ups originating from identical IP addresses within close temporal proximity, temporary or disposable email addresses (e.g., maildrop.cc, 10minutemail), or high rates of bounced tracking emails will be immediately disqualified from the promotion, and all associated entries will be purged from the Draw Pool.
5.3 Our technical team (via NYU Soft and AWS CloudWatch logging metrics) reserves the right to review the security audit log inside our Keel-Security AWS account to confirm data integrity prior to executing the draw.
6. Compliance, Credit Terminology, and Liability
6.1 Regulatory Status and No-Credit Disclaimer:
- (a) Entrants explicitly acknowledge that Bundle Services Pty Ltd (trading as Keel) is currently an AFSL applicant and does not yet hold an active, live financial services license. No financial product or service is currently being offered, issued, or distributed to the public during this pre-launch waitlist period.
- (b) Keel is a bill-smoothing automation product operating as a non-cash payment facility. It is not a credit provider, lender, buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) service, or banking institution. Participation in this promotion does not constitute an application for credit, nor does winning the promotion guarantee the extension of any financial facilities.
6.2 Keel accepts no responsibility for any technical difficulties, server downtime, or transactional latency experienced within the Viral Loops platform or AWS network infrastructures that may cause entries or shares to fail to register.
6.3 Privacy: All personal data collected via the waitlist will be handled securely in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), stored across our secure AWS environment, and utilized strictly for brand updates, waitlist communication, and the facilitation of this promotion.
